Using CanIBeHired
These terms cover the public job checker, tracked listings, company evidence, and developer tools at canibehired.com. Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
What the service provides
CanIBeHired extracts statements from job postings and compares selected requirements. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. They are not immigration, legal, or professional advice, an employment offer, or a guarantee of eligibility or hiring. Confirm material requirements with the employer and obtain qualified advice where needed.
Your submissions
Submit only public job URLs or text you are permitted to share. Do not submit resumes, identity documents, confidential material, or other people’s personal information. Pasted descriptions are processed for the request without being published or saved in our job inventory. Public source URLs may result in tracked public postings and associated employer boards being added to the directory.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, robots restrictions, or other controls; overload the service; distribute malicious content; attempt to access private data; or use the service for unlawful discrimination. Use the public API within its documented limits. We may restrict abusive requests to protect availability.
Source content and external services
Original job postings and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. CanIBeHired provides links and evidence excerpts for review and does not claim employer endorsement. Applications are handled by the employer or its provider. Traceroster is a separate service with its own terms, privacy practices, and optional plans; using it is not required to see your check result.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or complete coverage. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Features and these terms may change. The updated date identifies the current text; material changes will be explained on this site. Contact us about errors, source-content concerns, or complaints. Applicable mandatory law and your statutory rights continue to apply.
