Methodology

Evidence, then an answer.

1. Read the public posting

We retrieve public Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever data. Other sites may work when they publish accessible JobPosting structured data. We do not bypass logins, CAPTCHAs, or robots restrictions.

2. Extract stated requirements

Structured ATS fields take priority, followed by explicit description statements. Deterministic English-language patterns identify geography, remote policy, sponsorship, authorization, citizenship, clearance, timezone, experience, and degree requirements. Important findings retain their source text.

3. Compare your explicit choices

“Likely eligible” requires a clear geographic match without a known blocker or unresolved mandatory authorization, citizenship, or clearance requirement. “Likely not eligible” indicates an explicit conflict with your selections. “Unclear” means important information is absent, ambiguous, or contradictory.

Missing sponsorship information prevents a positive result when you say you need sponsorship. Country of residence never proves citizenship or work authorization or security clearance. Timezone availability, experience, degree equivalence, relocation, and individual immigration eligibility are not assessed.

Country and region collections

Country-specific and worldwide policies are shown separately from jobs with unclear geography. Region membership describes geography only; it does not establish employer registration or permission to hire. Region labels may differ between employers, so always verify the source wording.

Freshness and corrections

Discovered public boards are refreshed on a schedule. We confirm missing listings in separate successful checks before marking them inactive. Every page shows when it was checked. The original employer posting remains authoritative.

Company evidence and observation history

Company summaries describe qualifying tracked postings, not an employer’s complete hiring policy. Posting counts and grouped openings are distinct. Office locations are separate from named applicant countries and worldwide policies. Select a country before reviewing geographic compatibility.

Dated evidence begins when successful source observations are recorded. Earlier history is not reconstructed, and an observation is not a completed sponsorship or hiring outcome. Reprocessing an existing description does not make its source check newer. Older records show new fields as “Not assessed”.

Private pasted descriptions

Pasted text is processed for the current request. It is not saved, added to public inventory, or sent to a model provider. Without a verified source, no indexable job page is created.
