Cross-functional program ownership without direct authority — demonstrated accountability spanning engineering, purchasing, supply chain, and manufacturing simultaneously. Automotive program lifecycle experience — hands-on with gate-driven development (APQP, PPAP, SOP milestones); understands cost/schedule implications of late changes across long program timelines.
