We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the tools that make every Wonderful deployment a high-quality one. This role sits between Product and Deployment, and is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and adoption of the tooling our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Deployment Strategists use to build, test, launch and improve AI agents for our customers, across all our products. Our deployment teams are fast and creative. Where the product had no answer, they built their own: command-line tools, test harnesses, local helpers, workbenches. Some of it entered the product, much of it lives with the person who built it. As one of the first Technical PMs, you will turn this field experience into product, so that every FDE gets the speed-up, not only the one who wrote the script, and so that the same issue does not repeat in the next deployment. You will work closely with Deployment leadership, FDEs, Deployment Strategists, HQ product groups and R&D. Deployment quality is where an AI company earns or loses trust. An agent that worked in the pilot has to keep working in production, in every language, channel and customer system it touches. That takes a loop that does not fully exist yet: monitor, collect, diagnose, improve. Building that loop, and making it part of the product, is the heart of this role.

Technical PM - What You'll DoDrive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for deployment tooling across all Wonderful products. Own the tools that help FDEs and Deployment Strategists build, test, evaluate, launch and monitor agents, from the first build to production. Build the quality loop for agents in production: evals, test suites, regression checks, monitoring and the path from a detected issue to a fix. Find what the field has already built, decide what becomes product, and bring it in, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. Decide where each tool belongs: the core platform for what has a long life, the catalog or an FDE section for the rest, or not at all. Run the intake of field needs into product: one clear channel, a regular ranking with the deployment teams, and a fast, visible answer on every request. Review FDE contributions from a product view, with clear criteria and response times, so that good field work reaches the product and does not wait in a queue. Spend real time in deployments. Understand how FDEs and Deployment Strategists work day to day, and treat them as your customers. Define and track the metrics that show deployment quality and speed are improving, such as time to production, issues found before go-live and repeat incidents, and communicate progress to leadership. Work with the PM of every product group so that what you learn in deployments shapes their roadmaps, not only yours. Lead a cross-functional team of engineers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health. Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with technical and executive audiences.
