As a CTO you will be the co-founder of Wonderful in your local site. Your goal is to win your market alongside your site’s GM, while owning all technological aspects of the site - from sales to onboarding and constant improvement of our agents & service.
You are accountable for making your geo technically independent. You will build and lead a high-performing technical team across engineering, integration, and pre-sales. Additionally, you'll serve as our local technical point of contact, gathering customer feedback, localizing the product, and sharing regional learnings with the global team.
Your key responsibilities are:
Establishing technical superiority
Lead technical sales, join early discussions, present demos, handle objections, guide architecture and security conversations. Demonstrate to our clients that we can add significant value.
Guaranteeing delivery
Act as hands-on engineering lead, ship code, build integrations, set quality standards.
Drive customer integrations from scoping to deployment, ensuring production accuracy.
Gather feedback, localize product, represent regional needs to global Product team.
Innovate. Apply new technologies to your clients' operations
Serve as local technical contact for partnerships and escalations.
Hiring the team
Build and lead the best technical team in your region across engineering, integration, and pre-sales.
Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience - you’ve built things that actually shipped
Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations, in an enterprise context
Customer-facing background in roles like Site CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer - you know how to speak both tech and business
Strong leadership DNA - ideally with Founder experience
Excellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in Spanish
Comfortable operating independently in a zero-to-one environment - building the plan, the team, and the system from scratch
Experience thriving in a fast-moving startup where speed and ownership matter more than titles
