Drive NetSuite migration and implementation projects, coordinating internal teams and external service providers. Manage the onboarding of new entities into the company’s finance operations including systems, workflows, and other processes. Develop, document, and implement Finance policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes and drive implementation using automations and AI skills. Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and resolving blockers. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and timely execution. Take full ownership of project delivery through successful completion. Who You AreProven experience in project management. Experience in high-tech and startup environments. Excellent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate fluently in a global environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
