We are looking for an experienced Sr. SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects for international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering SAP FICO solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, leading customer workshops, and supporting projects throughout the full implementation lifecycle. Configure and optimize SAP FI/CO, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and financial reporting.
Integrate FI/CO with other SAP modules, including MM, SD, PP, and EWM, ensuring end-to-end process and financial integration.
Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into solution designs, functional specifications, and project documentation.
Support testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities, including defect resolution and solution stabilization.
Your Expertise:
5+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience, with strong functional knowledge across core financial and controlling processes.
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least two full-cycle implementations, from requirements gathering and design through testing and go-live.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and integration with other modules, particularly MM, SD, PP, and EWM.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions, lead customer workshops, and produce functional specifications and project documentation.
Advanced English proficiency.
Valid passport and a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa.
Willingness and availability to travel approximately 40%–60% of the time to client sites, including international travel as required by the project.
