This is a fully remote role in the United States. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, Consumer, you will play a pivotal role as part of the team that is building consumer-facing healthcare experiences that help people understand what they’ll actually pay before receiving care. Whether embedded in conversational AI, care navigation platforms, patient portals, scheduling workflows, or health plan and benefits platforms, our estimates give consumers real, personalized prices instead of generic ranges. Turquoise is looking for a talented individual with strong cross-functional skills, data expertise, product intuition, a deep understanding of the revenue cycle and billing and coding, and a passion for giving people certainty about the cost of healthcare. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to our product team as we research, build, and validate thoughtful and precise pricing, billing, and bundling logic behind our shoppable service packages, providing accurate and clear estimates to consumers through our Consumer Pricing API. You’ll also partner with sales and customer success to scope opportunities well, get customers live, and help them succeed with our products.
