What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on the day-to-day workflows and specific tooling challenges faced by user research professionals. Better understanding these friction points helps us evaluate what solutions actually improve the research process. The insights gathered will directly influence how teams manage user research tasks, synthesis, and participant data.
How It Works
You will participate in a 60-minute remote video interview to discuss your current user research practices. We will ask you to walk us through a recent project, highlighting the tools you use and any bottlenecks you encounter along the way. You will also react to various workflow scenarios and share your perspective on ideal tooling setups. Please note that this session will be recorded for our internal research purposes.
Who This Is For
We are looking for practicing User Researchers, UX Researchers, and Design Researchers who manage participant workflows and tooling. You should have direct experience setting up research studies, conducting interviews, and synthesizing user feedback. We also welcome Product Designers and Product Managers who heavily handle user research as a primary part of their role.

Describe the tools you currently use to manage participants and data
Identify bottlenecks and common challenges in your research processes
