What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on the operational mechanics behind exceptional guest experiences in the hospitality sector. Getting service standards right requires continuous refinement of daily workflows and staff coordination. Your insights will help us map the current landscape of hospitality operations and identify areas where service delivery succeeds or breaks down.
How It Works
You will join a remote video interview to discuss your professional background in hospitality management. During the session, you will walk us through a recent operational challenge related to service standards and how your team resolved it. We will ask targeted questions about your day-to-day workflows, staff training methods, and guest interaction protocols. You will also review a few hypothetical scenarios and explain how you would manage them on the ground.
Who This Is For
We welcome hospitality professionals who actively manage or oversee daily operations and guest relations. You should have direct experience setting, training, or enforcing service standards within a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment. We welcome Guest Experience Managers, Front Office Managers, Directors of Operations, and General Managers to apply.
