What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on how large organizations handle vendor discovery and commercial contract negotiation for enterprise communications platforms. Understanding the procurement lifecycle for messaging aggregators helps us identify friction points in the buying process. How It Works
You will participate in remote sessions over a 3-4 week period to discuss your recent procurement experiences.
