We design Spotify’s consumer experience—end to end, moment to moment, across every screen, platform, and partner integration. Our mission is to make listening feel effortless, personal, and joyful for billions of users around the world. That means turning complexity into clarity across hundreds of touchpoints—from our mobile and desktop apps to the smart speakers, TVs, cars, and integrations where Spotify shows up every day. If it touches a consumer, we shape it. We bring deep insight into human behavior, design, and technology to craft experiences that feel intuitive, expressive, and unmistakably Spotify. Core Experience shapes how millions of people discover, choose, and enjoy what to play on Spotify every day. Within Core Experience, our What to Play team builds the technology and shared capabilities that help Spotify deliver intuitive, reliable, and consistent listening experiences. We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the systems behind these experiences, from content distribution and mobile app architecture to shared user interface capabilities. You'll work closely with engineering and cross-functional partners to improve how Spotify works today while building flexible, scalable foundations for the future.

You can evaluate technical trade-offs and make thoughtful decisions about when to improve existing systems, simplify solutions, or invest in new capabilities. You use data, research, experimentation, and sound judgment to make product decisions, including when traditional A/B testing isn't the right approach.
