About the role

Technical Project Managers (TPMs) are the engine that drives our clients’ success. They are adept communicators with strong technical knowledge and a knack for problem solving.

At Socure, we empower TPMs to partner with clients and internal teams to deliver our world class Platform and Identity solutions. To that end, they are comfortable operating in a flat, fast-paced organization and are energized by leveraging cutting-edge technology to protect identities. At its core, this role requires the Senior TPM to combine tactical execution skills with strategic expertise to lead cross-functional teams through multiple, often concurrent project lifecycles.

  • Investigate and diagnose challenges alongside Socure's technical teams to ensure solution quality and sustainability

  • Facilitate client status meetings to manage scope and schedule of multiple, often concurrent deployments

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company

  • A self-starter by nature with applied knowledge of agile software development processes and a strong interest in learning about indoor location technology

  • Like us, you're a high-performer with an exceptional record of getting things done in a fast-paced, analytical environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders

  • Process-oriented with an eye for detail and improvements

  • Ability to communicate in English fluently and idiomatically

Preferred Qualifications
