We're looking for a motivated Trainee / Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help scale our creator program on TikTok. You'll work with US-based Christian creators, manage the full journey from first outreach to published video, and bring fresh ideas for new content formats.
Duomo is an app rooted in Christian values, helping people turn Scripture into daily habits and inner peace. We’re building a leading Christian-tech product for people seeking spiritual renewal.
Please note: since the role involves working with US time zones, your working day starts at 12:00.
What You’ll Do
Finding relevant Christian creators on TikTok and reaching out via email and DM;
Leading conversations with creators up to a signed contract — answering questions, collecting account stats, closing deals;
Handing over clear briefs: format, hook, sound, posting frequency;
Monitoring brief compliance and posting schedules, and tracking video performance;
Following TikTok trends and competitor content, and generating hypotheses for new creative
What We’re Looking For
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher — you feel confident writing to US creators and keeping conversations natural
A native feel for TikTok — you understand formats, sounds, and hooks, and can tell why one video takes off while another doesn't
Clear, structured writing — you can turn a creative idea into a brief a creator understands the first time
Strong attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks in your inbox, trackers, or deadlines
Confidence with Google Sheets and Notion for keeping the creator pipeline organized
Experience in SMM, PR, sales, customer support, or other communication-heavy roles is a plus
Experience creating your own content on TikTok or Instagram is a plus
What We Offer
Mentorship from senior colleagues and direct exposure to how a fast-growing app scales through creators
A clear path to grow from Trainee to Junior and beyond as you take on more ownership
A role with real ownership — your outreach, briefs, and format ideas go live with real creators, and you'll see the results within days
A focused, results-driven marketing team that values clear thinking and common sense over process
The chance to build your career in US-market influencer marketing, one of the fastest-growing channels in consumer apps
