Would you like to impact credit decisions as a Real Estate Credit Analyst in SEB’s international, expert-driven team. Then, we might have the perfect job for you!
We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join the Industry & Corporate Analysis (I&CA) real estate team in Stockholm. I&CA is the corporate and industry specialists within the Corporate & Investment Banking division. We are responsible for providing SEB’s global business and credit decision makers with in-depth independent analyses of corporate counterparties, industries, and transactions.
About the role
In this role you will be part of a cross-border team covering a wide range of corporate clients and sectors, with your primary area being real estate and residential development counterparties. As an analyst you will prepare and present your analysis and recommendation to the various decision-making authorities within the bank, providing a thorough understanding of the customer’s business and financial risk profile, as well as transaction related risks. Staying on top of economic, business and market developments relevant for our exposure will thus be an essential part of your job. Communication and cooperation with the client, Client Executive and Credits will also be an integral part of the business and credit assessment.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
a university degree, preferably with a numerical focus
some 5+ years relevant analytical experience from the financial sector
a meaningful knowledge or experience from real estate or residential development
a combination of accounting, analytical, modelling, communication, and presentation skills
proficiency in English and Swedish
ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
In cooperation with professional colleagues, you will be one of our experts on real estate finance and credit assessment. The more you can tick off, the better. However, if you don’t fit all the above but still think we are a perfect match we would like to hear from you!
What we offer:
A diverse, inclusive and equal environment
Possibilities to reskill by shifting areas/departments and location
Extensive training and learning opportunities
International opportunities and working environment
Attractive compensation and access to SEB staff banking with exclusive benefits
At I&CA Real Estate team we are six team members in Stockholm, one analyst in Helsinki and two analysts in Frankfurt, with our offices being in the respective city centres. We are proud of our high engagement and job satisfaction. At I&CA you can combine the opportunities of an international organisation with the responsibility, flexibility and variety of tasks enabled by our relatively small and thus agile local teams.
