Proven experience in vendor management, including budget ownership, cost control, negotiations, and ensuring vendor services are delivered within agreed financial targets.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive complex initiatives across business and technology teams.
Ability to lead, influence, and drive change without direct authority while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Experience within banking, financial services or other highly regulated industries is an advantage.
