To thrive in this role, we believe you have: Previous experience working as a Service Delivery Manager or Team lead for IT Operations would be an advantage. Understanding of Unified Endpoint Management (SCCM, Intune, Windows and Mac). Knowledge of IT Service Management best practises. Leadership and stakeholder management skills. Market awareness of device management solutions and emerging technologies, with the ability to evaluate and implement them effectively. Previous involvement in large organizations with complex IT environments and integrations. Great communication skills and fluency in English.
