-
Own and prioritize the team backlog and roadmap, define clear outcomes and acceptance criteria, and keep stakeholders aligned.
-
Translate business, architectural, security and operational needs into realistic and executable deliveries.
-
Drive automation, monitoring, documentation, incident follow-up and continuous improvement of the messaging service.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Practical experience administering and troubleshooting IBM MQ in enterprise environments.
-
Knowledge of queue managers, channels, clustering or high-availability concepts, security, certificates and network connectivity.
-
Experience with Linux, scripting or automation, monitoring and structured incident and problem management.
-
Experience managing a product backlog and priorities in an agile team; Product Owner experience is strongly preferred.
-
Clear communication in English and the ability to challenge unclear requirements and make transparent trade-offs.
What we offer:
-
Entrepreneurial Scandinavian environment
-

-
International opportunities and working environment
-
Attractive compensation and access to SEB staff banking with exclusive benefits
