As a Business Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Prioritizing and completing tasks in line with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs); 

• Handling mortgage-related inquiries from both internal teams and our stakeholders; 

• Identifying potential risks early and taking action to deliver the best possible experience for our customers; 

• Contributing innovative ideas and playing an active role in driving change initiatives.
