As a Business Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Prioritize and complete tasks in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Handle leasing-related inquiries from both internal teams and external partners

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Identify and manage risks proactively to improve the customer experience

Suggest innovative solutions and actively contribute to change initiatives
