🏥 About Sailor Health For most older adults, healthcare doesn’t fail in one place—it fails across many. Mental health, physical health, medications, and day-to-day realities all interact, but the system treats them separately. The result is confusion, missed care, and worsening outcomes. Sailor Health is building a new model of care for older adults that brings the mind and the body together. We combine behavioral health, medical insight, and hands-on care navigation to help patients and families understand what’s going on and what to do next. By taking a more holistic and preventative approach, we aim to catch issues earlier, reduce avoidable crises, and keep patients in their homes instead of the hospital.
