Master the flow of our finances. Keep numbers sharp – so every part of our business runs without a hitch.
As our Accounts Payable Accountant, you own our financial obligations to suppliers and service providers from start to finish. You work side-by-side with our Finance crew, internal teams, and external vendors – making sure every invoice and payment moves smoothly. What you'll do
Invoice processing and vendor onboarding: Set up new vendors in our ERP system and review incoming goods and services. Verify and process supplier invoices with precision under our P2P guidelines. Ensure full documentation and approvals are in place before payment.
Payment execution and expense handling: Prepare and submit electronic transfers strictly on schedule. Review and process colleague expense reports against company policies. Guarantee timely reimbursements so everyone gets paid accurately.
Reconciliations and records management: Perform daily bank reconciliations to match company books with actual balances. Carry out regular account reconciliations, investigating and fixing discrepancies promptly. Maintain clean, audit-ready records in full compliance with WKR legislation.
Vendor relations and compliance: Build positive partnerships with external suppliers by resolving payment questions quickly. Enforce P2P policies and accounting principles across our organization. Propose practical improvements to enhance our internal controls and day-to-day efficiency.
Systems testing and team support: Train new colleagues on our ERP purchase tools to keep processes compliant. Test upcoming changes to the Purchasing module and share ideas to refine the software. Review Accounts Payable postings in our reporting tool to keep numbers accurate.
