This is a highly visible role with real ownership. Salesforce and other GTM systems are yours to run and improve, and you’ll have a say in how the entire GTM tech stack comes together. The changes you make will improve our end-to-end sales process: from how quickly quotes become bookings to how much time sellers get back for other tasks. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Sales Technology, you'll work directly with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to build and configure the systems that allow their teams to work effectively and efficiently. This role is based in our Cork city-center office, alongside world-class engineering and commercial teams. Reflecting the caliber of this role, we're offering a strong salary and benefits package, including pre-IPO stock options, a flexible schedule, and a home internet allowance. What you’ll do: Own Salesforce administration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and Experience Cloud. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to shape Salesforce around how their teams work. Restructure our processed as the business changes, and own the data quality rules that keep it clean. Run intake for sales technology requests. Help decide what we build, buy, or retire. Lead GTM systems projects, such as new platform rollouts and product introductions. Write the specs and user stories behind each change, then test them with the people who asked. Automate manual work for sellers, leveraging AI tools to find the best way to build it. Define integration requirements with our engineering and data teams. Support lead-to-cash in Salesforce. When the numbers disagree with NetSuite, find out why. Run the GTM support queue and manage releases with IT, including user training. What we’re looking for: You’ve been a hands-on Salesforce admin for 5+ years at a B2B company, and you hold the Salesforce Administrator certification. Sales Cloud and CPQ or Revenue Cloud are platforms you’ve run in production. You’ve led an enterprise systems implementation, or played a major part in one - ideally you’ve replatformed or restructured a Salesforce org. You already use AI at work, and you can show us something you built with it. You know APIs well enough to spec an integration and troubleshoot it when it fails. You can keep regular hours that overlap with our US team. Bonus if you build in Flow or have shipped an AI agent to production, know NetSuite, write SQL or Python, hold Advanced Admin or CPQ certification, and/or have worked for a company that sells through channel partners. This is a hybrid role (3 days per week) based out of our Cork office. The annual pay range for the role is EUR €90,000 - €130,000 plus benefits and pre-IPO stock options. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience, and skills. Qumulo opened its European R&D hub in Cork in March 2026. The team here works the way the whole company does: we act as owners and share by default. You’ll work alongside the engineers and commercial teams whose work runs through your systems. About Qumulo: Built for the most demanding enterprise workloads, from AI and HPC simulations to Splunk Observability, genomics and PACS medical imaging, geospatial datasets, media editing and rendering, and video surveillance, Qumulo unlocks the full power of an organization’s information. Our platform unifies file and object storage across data centers, edge, and public clouds, enabling efficient, accelerated computing and extending the reach of data unbound by protocol or transport limitations. With more than 1,100 customers and exabytes of data under management, Qumulo powers mission-critical workloads anywhere real-time access to massive file datasets is non-negotiable. Qumulo delivers radical simplicity, hardware freedom, exceptional customer support, and a true hybrid-cloud architecture. Our Values: At Qumulo, we are building an open and collaborative culture where people can do their best work with customers as our magnetic field. We act as owners, we share by default, we are data driven and experimental and as an inclusive workplace, we encourage and celebrate multiple points of view. As part of our culture we believe diversity drives innovation. Equal Opportunity Employer: Qumulo is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, military status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state, or applicable local law.
