About Plotline
Plotline is a 1:1 personalisation platform helping brands treat every user like the only user, turning generic, one-size-fits-all apps into experiences that feel personally made.
Product and growth teams at Meesho, SBI, Dream11, CoinDCX, BharatPe and Upstox use Plotline to move the metrics that matter. Behind the scenes, we power over 5 billion API calls a month and reach more than 150 million users and are growing fast internationally.
We're fast-moving, well-funded, obsessed with craft and allergic to the generic.
The Role
Plotline is hiring a GTM Engineer to build the automated systems that generate and convert pipeline for the India revenue team. You will turn manual sales work into scalable workflows, so reps spend their time on conversations and deals.
1. Build the Pipeline Engine
Build outbound workflows: prospecting, enrichment waterfalls, scoring and sequencing.
Automate lead routing, handoffs and follow-ups between BDRs, AEs and marketing.
Prototype AI-assisted research and personalization, then test and tune what works.
2. Own the GTM Stack
Own CRM architecture, integrations and automations across enrichment, sequencing and billing tools.
Keep data clean with validation, dedupe and enrichment rules.
Evaluate and implement new tools, APIs and data sources.
3. Measure and Enable Sales
Build dashboards for pipeline, conversion, cost per meeting and forecast accuracy.
Run experiments on messaging, channels and ICP segments, and report what moves the pipeline.
Support enterprise deal needs, such as account research, security review tracking and contract workflows.
Must Have
3 to 5 years in GTM engineering, RevOps, sales ops or growth engineering at a B2B SaaS company
Hands-on with a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and automation tools (Clay, Zapier, Make or n8n)
Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and SQL; scripting in Python or JavaScript is a plus
Experience with sequencing and data enrichment tools
Nice to Have
Early-stage startup experience (seed to Series B)
Experience building AI or LLM-based sales workflows
Exposure to enterprise sales cycles
Multi-region setup (US, SEA, MENA) and multi-currency billing
Outcomes Expected
First 90 days: audit the funnel and stack, fix CRM data, and ship the first automated outbound and routing workflows.
6 months: enrichment, scoring and sequencing running as a measured system, with clear pipeline and cost-per-meeting tracking.
12 months: a scalable India pipeline engine, with workflows ready to replicate in SEA and MENA.
Matched by role category. Review each posting’s requirements before applying.
