This role oversees two high-impact domains: Compliance Onboarding (KYC, KYB, AML checks, sanctions screening, and ongoing compliance monitoring) and Credit Infrastructure (credit application flows, credit bureau integrations, limit management, internal underwriting tooling, and portfolio monitoring). You will directly manage and develop Product Managers in these domains, report to the CPO, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Data, Sales, and Operations. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing PMs. Strong track record in B2B fintech, ideally in credit decisioning, onboarding flows, or regulatory compliance. Experience designing and scaling products that involve KYC/KYB, AML, or credit risk workflows.
