We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Seattle, Washington D.C., Raleigh, London, and Amsterdam.

Manage candidate pipelines and keep interview scheduling and logistics on track
Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and up to date
Deliver a timely, communicative, and respectful candidate experience at every stage
Support the recruiting team with projects, such as building talent pipelines, improving outreach templates, and refining process documentation
Flag roadblocks, market feedback, and candidate concerns to the recruiting team early
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally including some contract or agency work
Experience supporting hiring in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Comfort with sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to ramp quickly and work well in a team with shifting priorities
A high degree of reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail
