We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Seattle, Washington D.C., Raleigh, London, and Amsterdam. At Plaid, our mission is to unlock financial freedom for everyone. There has never been a better time than now to start building the future of fintech with us. The BizOps team is focused on solving some of Plaid's most pressing business issues. We are a small team of high-impact, low-ego generalist problem solvers. This role partners directly with leaders across Product and GTM on a mix of strategic and operational work with a direct, quantifiable impact on our customers, partners, and P&L. You will work on problems that directly shape how Plaid operates across its largest revenue lines and most critical partnerships - owning analysis, operating cadences, and cross-functional projects that span Product, GTM, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships. BizOps is a launchpad: past team members have gone on to leadership roles in Product, GTM, and operational functions across Plaid. The role requires someone who is highly analytical, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is proactive in the face of ambiguity.
