The Role We're seeking a web-first Product Designer who will take full ownership of the pika.art web app—including Video & Image Studio, Style Creator, agent-led workflows, plugins, and community features. You’ll drive the product and design roadmap for your core areas and directly influence our growth, monetization, and launch assets. This is a hands-on, self-directed role for a senior builder who’s as comfortable in design systems and specs as in code and shipping UI.  What You’ll Do Lead product design and direction for core pika.art web surfaces—full-screen studio, style creator, agent-led tools, plugin integrations, and community features. Act as both design and product owner: set priorities, write specs, break down decisions into actionable tickets, and QA every release. Prototype directly in React/Next.js or with AI tools (Lovable, v0, Claude, Cursor); contribute UI code and maintain design-system consistency. Own and iterate onboarding, paywalls, checkout, team plans, pricing, and system emails with an eye towards growth and monetization.
