This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll work with the Sales Enablement Lead to define our content management strategy, including whether to build on Perplexity's own AI platform or buy a dedicated tool. Then you'll build it, run it and keep improving it. You'll also build AI skills, plugins and workflows that make reps and managers faster and more effective every day. This is a foundational hire. We're looking for someone who can grow into a leadership role as the enablement function scales.

First 6 months: A governed content hub and call library are live and adopted, enablement reporting is in place, and a growing library of AI tools is measurably saving time for reps and managers. First year: Enablement operations is a scalable function with clear standards, and you're ready to lead it as the team grows.

Help build and run the enablement stack

  • Own the implementation and maintenance of the sales content hub, call library and training platform, leveraging Perplexity throughout.
