Build lightweight integrations: Create simple automations and connections that link the AI agent with the core data and tools our operational teams use daily.
Evaluate & document performance: Systematically test agent outputs, document findings, and measure improvements to guarantee reliability and accuracy over time.
Collaborate dynamically: Partner closely with Operations, Product, Data, and Platform colleagues to respond quickly to ad-hoc operational requests and shape ongoing process improvements.

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down real-world processes into clear, logical steps.
Clear communication skills with the confidence to talk to non-technical stakeholders and translate their feedback into requirements.
High curiosity, initiative, and an eagerness to learn, iterate, and experiment quickly
