The Opportunity:
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team as a shared resource supporting multiple engineering teams. This hybrid role blends traditional DevOps responsibilities with some site reliability engineering practices. You'll be building and maintaining infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems.

Our next DevOps Engineer will contribute to shaping our technology culture and propel our product development teams to rapidly deliver high-value software.
Our cross-functional pods have built a world-class platform that supports all three of our lines of business and tackles new revenue-generating problems every day. You will have the opportunity to suggest ways to improve the existing architecture and technical debt as well as provide insight to optimize the Objectway Digital Client Onboarding (ODCO) platform and make it more scalable. Our Engineers are able to see the positive impact of their work not only on the company, but on the wealth management industry as a whole.
If you're eager to join an innovative team and want to demonstrate your technical acumen, initiative, ability to be a team player, and put your problem-solving skills to the test, we want to hear from you!
