We’re a technology company with operations in Metro Detroit and Los Angeles, supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. The role. We’re hiring Manufacturing Engineers to make our factories safer, faster, and more repeatable. You will improve the systems that turn incoming aluminum into accurate, on-time customer shipments: equipment, tooling, layouts, work instructions, data collection, and operator workflows.

This is a floor-first engineering role. You will spend time where the work happens, understand the constraint, test practical improvements, and make sure the new process holds.

You will:

Nice to have:

· Experience with metals, cutting equipment, CNC machinery, or material handling
