We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Financial Experience (FinXP), the team that builds how practices and patients deal with money at Nelly. That covers how a patient says yes to a treatment they can’t pay for upfront, and how delivered care becomes an invoice, then a payment, then cash in the practice’s account. You’ll lead a team whose work shows up directly in what practices earn and in what Nelly earns. The problem space: Practices rarely lose revenue because care isn’t needed. They lose it at two points. Before treatment, patients delay or decline because they can’t pay upfront. After treatment, revenue leaks on its way to cash: invoices go out late or wrong, payments get chased by hand, and billing runs through manual steps. The domain Financial OS closes both gaps. We offer financing at the moment the patient decides, through installment plans and factoring, and we turn every delivered treatment into a correct invoice and cash in the practice’s account. Because we sit where treatment is planned, we know what it’s worth and whether it is converted before we take on the risk, which no bank or payment provider can do. We earn a share of the revenue we help collect, so the practice’s growth is our growth.
