Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Role Purpose The Studio Management Lead is the operational backbone of Brand Creative. You build and run the systems that keep art direction, visual design, narrative, copywriting and production focused on the work: a clear view of what is coming, an honest read on what is in flight and the associated milestones, and the right people resourced to the right projects. Members feel it when work lands on time at the quality bar the studio is known for (Member-first, always). What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months Run a live overview of all work in flight across the studio (timelines, DRIs, status, blockers), built with Brand, Marketing and Communications, so leadership and the team see what is coming, in flight and delivered (Chase 10X, not 10%). Stand up one documented intake and briefing process, with standard and project-specific timelines, adopted by every lead in the pillar (Member-first, always). Own resourcing end to end: match people to committed work, flag gaps early, and bring options that weigh the business, the people and quality. Own the freelance journey from sourcing to offboarding. Track the operating budget with Finance so variances are caught in-month, and keep tools, access and licences current with the Digital Asset Manager (Impact, not activity). Set the weekly rhythm (kick-offs, creative reviews) and the pillar’s learning agenda, including AI adoption (Tech-enabled, human-centred), working with the wider Creative Operations team. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in studio or creative operations, traffic or program management in a creative, design or agency environment. Minimum 5+ years in a similar role. Has led complex, cross-functional delivery and made trade-offs in ambiguity across multiple senior stakeholders. Has experience working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Has owned a functional budget: forecasting, tracking and reporting spend with Finance. Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the judgement to know when to step into detail and when to leave it to the craft expert. Working understanding of Brand Creative and Marketing processes across Art Direction, Visual Design, Narrative, Copywriting and Production. Hands-on with project management and resourcing tools. Airtable and Frontify are our tools of choice. Preferred Qualifications Has built or scaled an operations function inside a creative or design team. Familiar with AI-enabled tools for reporting, coordination or asset management. Experience in healthcare, medtech or another highly regulated environment. About Titles at Neko We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market-facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process. Candidates progress from application and structured screening through thoughtfully designed interviews, culminating in a formal offer and final pre-employment checks before joining the team. Equal Opportunity & Inclusion Statement Neko Health is committed to inclusive hiring and member-first care. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and encourage you to request reasonable adjustments to support your application.
