Original job description

This role combines an understanding of business needs with hands-on technical work to improve how employees and managers use the organization’s information systems. You will guide projects from the first conversation with the customer and understanding their needs, through writing specifications and defining the solution, to implementation, testing, training, and go-live. The work includes managing customer projects, collaborating with internal teams, and working with vendors to define clear requirements, agree on expectations, and ensure the results meet business needs. Alongside planning and project management, this is a hands-on role that includes configuring workflows and permissions, writing SQL queries, building reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues, and developing solutions using AI tools. We are looking for someone curious and independent, who can communicate clearly with users and vendors and also work through technical details. Familiarity with asset management systems such as Hexagon or experience implementing ERP systems, experience with iPaaS integration platforms, and a software development background are all strong advantages. What will your job look like?
