Global B2B is Lyft's cross-organizational mandate to build one platform, one product vision, and one integrated plan across every line of business that runs on B2B revenue: US B2B, EU B2B, EU B2G, Chauffeur, AVs, Bikes, and Partner/Protocol integrations. As Lyft has grown internationally through acquisitions like FreeNow, Gett, and TBR, the technology, P&Ls, and org charts have continued to run as separate regional stacks. Global B2B exists to change that: to build a common platform that compounds instead of resetting with every new deal, powering existing US demand while unlocking the lines of business we've had to turn away. We're looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bring order, rigor, and momentum to a program of this scale: one that spans multiple P&Ls, multiple geographies, and multiple functions, all moving toward one plan. You'll report directly to Rishi Dean (VP of Technology and DRI of Global B2B) and will be the connective tissue that turns strategy into a sequenced, tracked, and delivered program. You're technically strong, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and skilled at getting people who don't report to you to move together toward a shared date. RESPONSIBILITIES
