Protect employee data by applying privacy, confidentiality, and access controls, and by partnering with Legal and Security on responsible use of AI with People data. Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of system and reporting requests, balancing quick turnarounds with scalable, self-service solutions. Ability to translate business questions into metrics and communicate findings clearly to non-technical leaders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently and deliver on time with attention to detail. Curious, pragmatic problem solver who enjoys simplifying complex processes and data. Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.
