About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE / DevOps) to take ownership of production infrastructure across two SaaS platforms: Userflow and Beamer.

You will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency of both platforms, which operate on separate technology stacks across US and EU regions. Together, they serve more than 52 million end users, making infrastructure performance and uptime critical to the customer experience.

This is a hands-on, senior-level individual contributor role with significant autonomy and direct collaboration with the CTO and engineering team. You will establish reliability standards, strengthen infrastructure automation, lead incident response, and ensure the platforms can scale as a small engineering team continues to ship rapidly using AI-powered development tools.

We are looking for someone who can independently make technical decisions, take ownership of production environments, and balance reliability with development speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reliability Engineering: Define, implement, and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical customer-facing workflows, including SDK delivery, authentication, the product builder, and AI-powered features.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Own and evolve production infrastructure across GCP and/or AWS, including Kubernetes, networking, autoscaling, and infrastructure upgrades across US and EU regions.
