Operations at Kota, always open to exceptional people
Benefits operations, support, insurer and broker partnerships, finance, compliance, people and business operations.
Dublin, London or remote (role dependent)
Some of these are live roles right now, others aren't yet. Either way, we're building a pool of people we'd want to hire into the teams that keep Kota running as we grow over the next few months.
We're around 100 people in a regulated, multi-country business, and a lot of what needs doing doesn't have an owner yet. The people who do well here find the gap and close it rather than waiting for the remit. If that's you, your job title matters less to us than what you've actually fixed.
Who this is for
Benefits operations: scheme setup, renewals, policy events and the insurer relationships behind them. You own a case to resolution rather than passing it on, and you know accuracy here lands on real people
Customer support: you investigate before you respond, and you can tell someone bad news plainly without hiding behind process language
Insurer and broker partnerships: you build the supply side, not the demand side. New carriers, new markets, and the relationships that make a product possible rather than sellable
Finance: you build the model rather than maintain it, and you're comfortable in a business that doesn't look like standard SaaS
Compliance, risk and legal: regulated, multi-country, and you make it work rather than making it slower
People and talent: you've built a function rather than inherited one
Business operations, strategy and chief of staff types: you make the whole thing run and you're happy being the person who notices first
Something else: if none of those quite fit but you can see where you'd add something here, tell us
What happens next
If what you've told us matches a live role, we'll move you into that process.
If it doesn't yet, you'll be in the pool and we'll come back to you when something opens that fits. We're a small team, so we can't promise a conversation with everyone who applies, but we do read everything and we'd rather hear from you early than not at all.
