AI Quality & Optimization: You evaluate and improve AI-generated answers using real business questions, identifying data inconsistencies, resolving modeling gaps, and preventing recurring errors. What you bring: 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role, ideally within e-commerce, consumer apps, or a fast-paced digital business. Strong technical skills in SQL, dbt, and Python, with experience in data modeling, automated testing, and BI tools such as Tableau. Experience with GCP and BigQuery is a plus. You’ll also receive your own MacBook and a fully equipped office setup with monitors and height-adjustable desks. KoRo Life & Extras: Free snacks and barista coffee in the office, 20% discount in the KoRo Online-Shop, and exclusive perks with partner companies. On top of that, a fully funded BVG ticket (Jobticket), a subsidy for your fitness membership (Urban Sports Club, Hansefit, or FitX), and a company pension scheme (bAV) via Ginkgo. You thrive in change. Shifting priorities and evolving processes don't slow you down. You adapt fast and keep moving. You build, you don't wait. When something is missing - a tool, a process, a solution - you create it. You prefer a working MVP over a perfect plan and iterate from there. You think in leverage. You collaborate in and across teams, care about the people around you, and bring sparkles to the room. You speak up when you disagree, commit fully once a decision is made, and actively make the people around you better.
