What is Kalshi?

Role Roadmap

Esports has one of the most passionate, digitally native, and highly engaged audiences in the world. We’re looking for someone to own and grow Kalshi’s esports business end-to-end - from the markets we offer and the product experience surrounding them to partnerships, launches, and ongoing growth.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who deeply understands esports and can turn that knowledge into a category-defining business. You will set the strategy, personally execute against it, and make Kalshi the go-to prediction market for esports fans.

What You’ll Do

• Own Kalshi’s esports business end-to-end, including strategy, product, partnerships, marketing, and growth.

• Build a compelling portfolio of esports markets and shape a product experience tailored to esports fans and traders.

• Identify the games, leagues, tournaments, moments, and narratives where Kalshi should show up.

• Establish and manage partnerships with leagues, teams, creators, platforms, and other key players across the esports ecosystem.

• Develop major launches and cultural moments around the biggest events in esports.

• Build ongoing growth campaigns that acquire new users and deepen engagement among existing traders.

• Work closely with product, markets, design, legal, and marketing teams to bring new ideas to life quickly.

• Develop the long-term strategy for making Kalshi synonymous with esports prediction markets.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep knowledge of esports - the games, teams, leagues, tournaments, creators, communities, and culture.

• Strong instincts for what esports fans care about and what will resonate, spread, and go viral.

• Experience identifying, structuring, and extracting value from partnerships.

• A track record of building or growing products, audiences, partnerships, or businesses within esports, gaming, sports, media, or a similarly fast-moving industry.

• Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution.

• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize the opportunities with the greatest potential impact.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across creative, product, and business teams.

• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, moving quickly, and building something from the ground up.

NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure

Salary Range: $150,000–$250,000 annually, plus equity and benefits. This range reflects current market data for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and broad variance in experience levels within each title; if your compensation expectations exceed this range, we encourage you to reach out — we’re always happy to discuss
