Join the team building an AI-first company.
Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.
AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.
If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.
Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles
Your role at Hostinger
You’ll own one of Hostinger’s key growth engines, driving the affiliate channel’s growth and profitability. You’ll build on an established foundation, challenge how things are done, and find new opportunities across markets, partners, and business models. You’ll lead a high-performing team, work closely with SEO, Product, Analytics, and Marketing, and turn commercial insights into measurable results. As the affiliate landscape evolves, you’ll shape how the channel grows and stays competitive in the years ahead.
Your day-to-day
Own the affiliate channel’s growth and profitability. Drive revenue, customer acquisition, and growth while making decisions about where to invest and where to pull back.
Get more out of existing partnerships. Strengthen relationships with leading publishers, comparison websites, agencies, B2B partners and creators.
Find the next growth opportunities. Explore new markets, affiliate segments, content formats, and partnership models. Fast experiments are expected.Learn from failures, and scale what works.
Think beyond traditional affiliates. Build an affiliate strategy that supports Hostinger’s expanding product ecosystem and long-term ambitions. The landscape has changed, AI is taking over - how the activities within the channel should be different?
Lead a high-performing team. Set ambitious goals, develop talent, challenge comfortable thinking, and create a culture of ownership and accountability.
Turn data into decisions. Go beyond clicks and conversions. Understand LTV, acquisition costs, incrementality, and funnel touchpoints to make smarter commercial decisions.
Make things happen across teams. Work closely with SEO, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to unlock growth opportunities that don’t fit neatly into one department.
What will help you succeed
Proven experience scaling a significant affiliate business, ideally in B2C SaaS, hosting, VPN, or another competitive digital industry.
Deep understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, including major publishers, review platforms, content creators, and affiliate networks.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills. You know how to secure high-value deals, challenge existing terms, and walk away when the economics don’t make sense.
A business-owner mindset. You care about revenue, but also margins, customer quality, and long-term profitability.
Experience leading and developing teams. You set clear expectations, build accountability, and aren’t afraid of difficult decisions.
A bias for action. You’re comfortable with uncertainty, move quickly, and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Trend follower. The affiliate landscape is completely different to how it was 1-2 years ago. We’re looking for a person who knows how the channel should operate today.
Nice to have
Established relationships with major global technology publishers and affiliate partners.
Experience scaling affiliate programs across international markets.
Background in hosting, website builders, domains, or subscription-based SaaS.
Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, attribution, and affiliate tracking technologies.
What you should know before applying
You’ll inherit a strong foundation, not a blank page. Your challenge is to figure out what can be significantly better and have the courage and ownership to change it.
Expect high expectations and real accountability. You’ll own meaningful business results, and not every decision will be easy.
We value speed, experimentation, and honest feedback. Not every idea will work. What matters is how quickly you learn and improve.
This is a hands-on leadership role. We don’t need someone who only builds strategies and presentations. We need someone who can turn them into results and empowers the rest of the team.
If you’re looking for a comfortable role maintaining an established affiliate program, this probably isn’t it. But if you want to own a global growth engine, challenge how things are done, and build something bigger, we’d like to meet you.
