What You'll Do This is not a high-volume SaaS account management role. You'll own a small number of complex enterprise homebuilders and help them adopt Higharc in ways that materially change how their business operates. Adoption here isn't about usage, it's about changing how builders work. You'll partner with a dedicated Project Manager who owns project plans, reporting, documentation, and system hygiene. With that discipline in place, you focus on customer outcomes, executive alignment, adoption strategy, change management, and account health. Expect to: Own adoption outcomes from post-sale alignment through launch, rollout, value realization, and long-term account health. Lead executive conversations on your own around business goals, adoption milestones, risks, tradeoffs, and value. Guide clients beyond recreating legacy workflows toward new workflows, decision rights, and the adoption behaviors required to realize value. Orchestrate internal teams across Implementation, Solutions, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to keep outcomes moving. Diagnose adoption risk early, align stakeholders, and restore momentum when programs stall. Translate patterns in client friction into structured product, implementation, and account intelligence. About You You're a strategic client relationship owner who can multithread through messy, high-stakes operational change. You're comfortable standing on your own with senior stakeholders, you know when to pull in executive support from Higharc, and you can tell a clear story about where a customer is, where they need to go, what's at risk, and what decisions move them forward. You bring curiosity and horsepower to quickly understand how builders operate across Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations. You're highly self-directed: you investigate ambiguity, form a point of view, and move work forward without close management. You have: 5+ years in client success, implementation leadership, enterprise account management, consulting, solutions, or program leadership, with direct ownership of complex, high-value customers or transformation programs Strong executive communication skills and the ability to independently influence senior customer stakeholders Experience in residential homebuilding, construction technology, AEC, manufacturing, ERP, or other operationally complex industries Excellent judgment in diagnosing customer risk, adoption friction, stakeholder misalignment, and organizational blockers Strong consultative and cross-functional leadership instincts — you can challenge customers respectfully when legacy assumptions limit value, and lead across implementation, product, engineering, sales, support, and executive teams Comfort using data, customer health signals, and AI-enabled tools to understand account health and adoption progress The ability to synthesize project details into an accurate account narrative without owning every administrative detail Willingness to travel 25%, with occasional fluctuations during customer launch periods Working at Higharc Remote work and travel: Our company is entirely remote, and has been since we were founded in 2018. Remote work means more time with family, less time commuting, and the flexibility to blend work and life. We value in-person collaboration and asynchronous deep-work time, which is why we schedule regular team meet-ups in our hubs across the US and, depending on the role, prioritize hiring in those hubs. If your role requires frequent travel beyond pre-scheduled team meet ups, we will represent that to the best of our ability as early as possible in the interview process. Compensation and benefits: Higharc offers competitive salaries with significant equity, in a fast-growing, well-funded company. We provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with flexible PTO, and meaningful maternity/paternity leave to all U.S based employees that are full-time. You'll also have access to other big-company benefits such like short and long-term disability plans and a 401K. We also provide a stipend to create the ideal home office and support ongoing L&D. Please note: we are seeing an uptick of fraudulent recruiting activity claiming to be associated with Higharc. All communication and outreach from our in-house team will come from an @higharc.com email address.

About Us

Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised over $175M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors: industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

Higharc is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to own the adoption strategy for your book of business. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Strategy, you'll lead customers from cross-departmental alignment through implementation, launch, measurable adoption, and long-term value realization.

What You'll Do

This is not a high-volume SaaS account management role.

Expect to:

  • Own adoption outcomes from post-sale alignment through launch, rollout, value realization, and long-term account health.

  • Lead executive conversations on your own around business goals, adoption milestones, risks, tradeoffs, and value.

  • Guide clients beyond recreating legacy workflows toward new workflows, decision rights, and the adoption behaviors required to realize value.

  • Orchestrate internal teams across Implementation, Solutions, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to keep outcomes moving.

  • Diagnose adoption risk early, align stakeholders, and restore momentum when programs stall.

  • Translate patterns in client friction into structured product, implementation, and account intelligence.

About You

You're a strategic client relationship owner who can multithread through messy, high-stakes operational change.

You have:

  • 5+ years in client success, implementation leadership, enterprise account management, consulting, solutions, or program leadership, with direct ownership of complex, high-value customers or transformation programs

  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to independently influence senior customer stakeholders

  • Experience in residential homebuilding, construction technology, AEC, manufacturing, ERP, or other operationally complex industries

  • Excellent judgment in diagnosing customer risk, adoption friction, stakeholder misalignment, and organizational blockers

  • Strong consultative and cross-functional leadership instincts — you can challenge customers respectfully when legacy assumptions limit value, and lead across implementation, product, engineering, sales, support, and executive teams

  • Comfort using data, customer health signals, and AI-enabled tools to understand account health and adoption progress

  • The ability to synthesize project details into an accurate account narrative without owning every administrative detail

  • Willingness to travel 25%, with occasional fluctuations during customer launch periods

Working at Higharc

Remote work and travel: Our company is entirely remote, and has been since we were founded in 2018.
