Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. Our Agents team sits at the center of this mission, shaping the core experience through which users interact with Harvey and turn AI capabilities into useful, trustworthy work. We’re looking for a Product Manager to help drive our core product experience, defining how users create, refine, and verify work with Harvey. Generating an answer or document is only part of the challenge. Users need to understand its sources, evaluate its accuracy, and shape it into something they can use. You’ll own a key piece of that experience, connecting what users see and do with the underlying agent capabilities that power it. The opportunity spans problems like making generated documents easier to edit, helping users check supporting evidence without losing their place, and ensuring outputs follow the structure and format their work requires. You’ll bring strong product judgment and systems thinking to these challenges, partnering closely with engineering and design to make complex capabilities feel intuitive. We move with urgency, bias toward simplicity, and expect our product leaders to stay close to the details.
