At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. Role OverviewHarvey’s Legal Engineers are former practising lawyers who bridge customers, sales, and product to support all aspects of our sales strategy and product development. As trusted advisors to the lawyers they work with, they lead sharp discovery and tailored product demonstrations, translating real legal work into Harvey solutions that provide clear value for lawyers. In Korea, this role is a rare chance to pioneer Harvey’s presence in one of Asia’s most sophisticated legal markets. As a strategic partner to Korean law firms and in-house teams, you will help lawyers do higher-quality work faster and with more confidence using Harvey, and you will thrive in ambiguity while doing it. What You’ll Do Work directly with lawyers at current and prospective customers in Korea to uncover workflow pain points, recommend solutions, and show how Harvey fits into real legal work. Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback and legal workflow insights, including those specific to Korean legal practice and Korean-language needs, into concrete, lawyer-ready product direction. Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape Harvey’s roadmap and ensure the product evolves in ways lawyers trust and adopt.
