Demonstrated experience taking multi-subsystem hardware through commissioning and executing system-level PRD validation campaigns. Strong technical leadership with a track record of direct asset ownership and hands-on troubleshooting in high-power or heavy industrial test labs. Deep familiarity with system-level architectures spanning power electronics, industrial networks (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet), fluid loops (electrolyte, nitrogen purge, cooling), and BMS controls. Practical familiarity with safety management systems, LOTO protocols, EHS hazard reviews (HazID), and high-energy test procedures.
