We’re looking for a Reporting & Data Analyst to help Form3 develop a more reliable, scalable and accessible reporting capability across the organisation.
This is a six-month fixed-term contract with two clear priorities: completing and enhancing the Customer Service reporting suite in AWS QuickSight, and building trusted, reusable datasets that enable teams to create and maintain their own reporting.

- Integrate key business systems into curated reporting datasets.
- Translate stakeholder questions into clear data and dashboard requirements.
- Establish consistent business metrics, definitions and reporting logic.

- Validate reporting outputs and investigate data-quality issues.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and support a longer-term reporting roadmap.

- A self-sufficient and pragmatic approach, with the ability to take ownership and deliver within a focused six-month engagement.
Desirable
- Experience using Amazon Athena or a similar cloud-based data querying service.
- Experience creating curated datasets for self-service reporting.
- Experience improving data quality, reporting governance and technical documentation.
- Experience working in a start-up, scale-up or small team where you have had broad ownership.
