Drive all growth initiatives across performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, funnel optimization, website & CRO, growth analytics and lifecycle management. Own product growth: funnel, pricing, positioning, onboarding. Build and scale a world-class growth team from the ground up. Report directly to the CEO. What You Bring You’ve scaled a company from the early days to 8/9/10+ figure ARR in a global Marketing/Growth leadership role. You’ve owned a €15M+ annual marketing budget. You’re highly analytical and can make fast decisions based on data. You’ve successfully launched and scaled into new international markets. What We Offer Up to €250.000 + a very significant equity package. On-site in Vienna, Munich, Barcelona or London - relocation package to Vienna if needed.
