About Feathery
Feathery is the AI operating system for financial institutions. With hundreds of clients and over $30 million raised, Feathery is the fast-growing leader in financial agentic automation. Industry leaders like Tokio Marine, Sequoia Financial, and Cerity Partners run their client-facing workflows on Feathery, from onboarding and risk assessment to reconciling systems and generating proposals and reports.
At the center of it all is Robin, our AI operations assistant. Robin scans client documents, configures and deploys workflows, assists users in their day-to-day work, takes notes during meetings, and supports a growing range of operational tasks across the client lifecycle.
We're building a future where financial operations shift from paperwork, manual data entry, and disconnected systems to intelligent, automated workflows that let firms spend their time on clients instead of process. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Portage Ventures, Allstate Ventures, and Index Ventures, among others.
We're driven by a shared commitment to excellence and velocity. Our values — Own the Problem, Grit Beats Gloss, Say It Straight — shape how we work and grow as a team.
Why We’re Hiring
As Feathery grows, generating high-quality pipeline across enterprise accounts is critical to our continued momentum.
We’re hiring a Demand Generation Marketer to own and scale our pipeline generation efforts across channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who can build campaigns, experiment quickly, and drive measurable impact on revenue.
You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to translate positioning into programs that attract, engage, and convert the right customers.
About the Role
This is a high-ownership role that blends:
Multi-channel demand generation strategy and execution
Campaign development and performance optimization
Experimentation across audiences, messaging, and channels
Close alignment with sales and product marketing
You’ll own the end-to-end demand engine — from campaign strategy to execution to pipeline impact.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across outbound, paid, content, events, and partnerships
Build programs that generate qualified pipeline across target accounts in insurance and wealth management
Translate product positioning into high-performing campaigns and messaging
Own campaign calendars and ensure alignment with product launches and GTM priorities
Pipeline Generation & Growth
Drive inbound and outbound pipeline through creative and data-driven initiatives
Partner with SDRs and AEs to support account-based and outbound strategies
Optimize conversion across the funnel — from awareness to pipeline to revenue
Manage and improve lead generation, routing, and nurturing processes
Experimentation & Optimization
Continuously test new channels, audiences, and messaging to improve performance
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
Identify scalable growth opportunities across paid, organic, and event channels
Build dashboards and reporting to track pipeline contribution and ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy
Work with Sales to ensure campaigns support pipeline goals and target accounts
Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market priorities and growth initiatives
Support product launches with integrated demand generation programs
About You
3–6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through marketing programs
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (paid, outbound, content, events, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product teams
Comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and learning from results
Bonus
Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
Experience working closely with SDR teams and outbound motions
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
What We Offer
Competitive compensation and equity
HRA health plan
Unlimited PTO
Retirement: 401(k) plan
A supportive, low-ego team that values ownership and growth
Company offsites to connect and recharge
