The role
You’ll bring together cyber insurance, product development and carrier management. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee Eye Security’s insurance portfolio and MGA partnerships, developing scalable solutions for our European markets.
What you’ll do
Product management
Develop our cyber insurance products in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and other markets, closely integrating them with our Cyber Guard and incident response services. Coordinate external partners where needed.
Monitor market, carrier and broker trends, and adapt our products and policy wordings accordingly.
Support the underwriting team and our customers with legal and insurance-related questions.
Identify compliance risks across all markets at an early stage and implement solutions that comply with the laws and regulations of each jurisdiction.
Drive the introduction of a modular product concept and scale processes through automation.
Carrier management
Lead carrier management from a legal and strategic perspective. Negotiate and oversee MGA agreements in the EU and UK, and manage capacity for SMEs and large risks.
Build a stable, long-term and diversified carrier base that best supports our business model.
Oversee all MGA agreements, coordinate renewals, and build a claims management function that aligns our profitability goals with carriers’ requirements.
What you’ll bring
Strong legal knowledge of cyber insurance in Germany, the Netherlands or another EU country. A legal qualification as a lawyer or equivalent legal expertise is a plus.
Several years of experience with cyber products and policy wordings in underwriting and/or claims handling.
An understanding of cyber compliance and regulatory requirements, with practical experience in incident response and prevention solutions.
An entrepreneurial mindset, a structured and detail-oriented approach, and the motivation to build and scale.
The ability to work independently, communicate with confidence and follow through—and to bring others along with you.
Confidence negotiating with customers and partners, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
Fluency in English and either German or Dutch.
What we offer
A pivotal role at one of Europe’s fastest-growing cybersecurity scale-ups.
The opportunity to shape an innovative cybersecurity product line that brings effective cybersecurity and cyber insurance together on a global scale.
An attractive compensation package, including a bonus.
Flexible working hours to support a healthy work–life balance.
A car allowance.
Your choice of equipment: a MacBook or Dell laptop, and an iPhone or Android smartphone.
Active support for your personal and professional development.
The opportunity to work with outstanding cybersecurity experts in our international CERT team.
